With 30 years in early childhood education and a DPP Early years educator qualification Sarah has been running the preschool alongside Jenny for many years. Sarah and Jenny work directly with the children most of the time and each have a number of key children.

Our team holds full DBS clearances and regular safeguarding training. We pride ourselves on a nurturing approach that builds confidence and curiosity in every child.

Safety & Safeguarding First
Every team member undergoes rigorous enhanced DBS checks and mandatory safeguarding training to ensure a secure environment for every child. All staff working with the children hold a full paediatric first aid certicate.
Expert EYFS Qualifications
Our staff hold advanced certifications in Early Years education, with a commitment to continuous professional development and best practices. Our safeguarding lead and 3 deputy's are qualified at level 3 in safeguarding and our SENCO holds the relevant level 3 NCFE qualification in special educational needs coordination, as well as holding early years teacher status. All of our staff hold or are working towards a qualification in Early years and all paid staff have at least 2 years experience working with children. Our managers are level 3 qualified and have 30 years experience in early years, enabling them to expertly lead the passionate team of practitioners.
